STRESS MANAGEMENT

At Roshni Rehabilitation Centre, individuals and families can seek therapy for stress management. We follow strength-based approach at our centre where we work around individual’s natural strength to develop a healthy and positive life. Customized approach is followed for each and every individual that includes use of cognitive behavioural therapy and interpersonal therapy. In addition to these therapies, we provide short term stress management program which addresses all your concerns related to stress.
 

Regular assessment and self-monitoring tips are shared that allows you to become better at understanding in what facilitates to decrease and control your stress.
